說明：  
一、 依據國立公共資訊圖書館110年3月18日資圖輔字第11000012611號函辦理。
二、 本案係2021世界閱讀日系列活動，號召全國民眾發揮創意，邀請讀者以多元創意、深度視角打造私房遊程，將閱讀結合旅行的風潮吹入國內旅遊之中。
三、 徵件對象為全國民眾，徵件時間自即日起至110年4月7日(星期三)24：00止。總獎金超過5萬元，參加者另可參與抽獎。入選企畫書有機會於《書香遠傳》雜誌等平台上公開報導。
四、 遊程範圍：以苗栗縣、臺中市、彰化縣、南投縣為規劃範圍。遊程天數：規劃3天2夜以內的自由行程。企畫書內容須含說明遊程規劃之對象、時程、交通、景點、住宿、特色、預算及推薦閱讀書單等。參賽企畫書除提供圖文內容外，可輔以影音等方式呈現。
