| 主旨： | 檢送本市「113學年度國民中小學教師素養導向優良教學示例評選」實施計畫及徵集主題表各1份，請各校踴躍提報(一般教師組參賽作品每校至少1件)，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據「教育部補助直轄市縣(市)政府精進國民中學及國民小學教師教學專業與課程品質作業要點」及「桃園市113學年度精進國民中小學教師教學專業與課程品質整體推動計畫」辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案委請楊梅國中承辦，參加對象及實施方式請詳閱旨揭計畫，請於114年5月15日至5月21日(以郵戳為憑)，備齊相關資料，寄至楊梅國中秀才分校宋建鋒老師收(326020桃園市楊梅區秀才路919號)。 |
| 三、 | 獎勵辦法： |
| (一) | 各校送審件數(資料缺漏者及不符者，不列入送件數計算)之獎勵： |
| １、 | 送件數3-5件，每校核予2人嘉獎1次。 |
| ２、 | 送件數6-8件，每校核予4人嘉獎1次。 |
| ３、 | 送件數9件(含)以上，每校核予6人嘉獎1次。 |
| (二) | 參賽獲獎教師： |
| １、 | 特優：該組每人嘉獎1次；每組著作分數0.1分、每人獎座1只，撰稿費1,020元/千字，圖片使用費920元/張，最高5,000元整。 |
| ２、 | 優等：該組每人獎狀1紙；每人獎座1只，撰稿費1,020元/千字，圖片使用費920元/張，最高3,000元整。 |
| ３、 | 甲等：該組每人獎狀1紙。 |
| ４、 | 上開獲獎作品由數人合著者，著作分數及稿費依作者人數平均核給。 |
