一、 兒福聯盟日前針對「兒少網路使用」調查指出，1.2 萬名兒少中有 22.8％ 遇過網路詐騙，有 10％ 學生甚至收過同學或朋友被外洩的裸照。長期關注青少年議題的公視《青春發言人》為了讓各界更重視此議題，也希望青少年提高網路安全意識，將於112年12月15日晚間 9 時於青春發言人社群平台（FB／YT）上架「躲在螢幕背後的人是誰？－青少年網路交友詐騙」專題影片與「青春網戀模擬器」互動式網站。
二、「躲在螢幕背後的人是誰？－青少年網路交友詐騙」專題一共包含 5 支影片，有青少年對資深兒少警察的提問、邀請同學體驗交友軟體的實況、關於私密照外流及網路詐騙者的生命故事、資深兒少精神科醫師的建議與分析。
三、此外節目團隊亦製作了故事型的互動網頁：「青春網戀模擬器」，讓青少年體驗使用交友軟體過程，在每一步抉擇回應中，體認到網路交友可能的風險。【青春網戀模擬器】互動網頁：https://youth-news.pts.org.tw/onlinedating (112年12月15日21時開放)。
