| 主旨： | 檢送桃園市高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育學生學習狀況報告書（非應屆畢業生）撰寫格式1份，請轉知家長知悉，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育實施條例（以下簡稱本條例）辦理。 |
| 二、 | 查本條例第20條規定略以：「（第1項）辦理個人實驗教育者，應於每學年度結束後2個月內，提出學生學習狀況報告書，為期3年以上之實驗計畫於計畫結束當學年應併提出實驗教育成果報告書……。（第2項）辦理團體實驗教育及機構實驗教育者，應於每學年度結束後2個月內，為期3年以上之實驗計畫於計畫結束當學年應併提出實驗教育成果報告書……。」。 |
| 三、 | 依上開規定，非學校型態實驗教育學生成果報告書之繳交時間訂於每年9月份；惟考量國小6年級、國中9年級及高中3年級之學生畢業升學所需，爰當年度應屆畢業生繳交時間訂於4月份，俾利取得畢業證書或同等學力證明，先予敘明。 |
| 四、 | 旨揭學生學習狀況報告書審查作業收件時間為113年9月1日至113年9月7日止，本案請協助轉知申請人依限將學生學習狀況報告書電子檔上傳至「桃園市高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育申請暨審議作業系統」（網址：https://tycnee.psees.tyc.edu.tw/）。 |
