一、 依據桃園市政府115年4月22日府環氣字第1150105511號函辦理。
二、 本次論壇主題為「COP30：全球共作x氣候調適」，論壇結合《國際開發援助現場》季刊第23期研究成果，邀請國內外學者及專家，深入探討COP30所揭示之氣候行動方向，以及如何強化治理效能、促進氣候金融與在地能力建構，以回應氣候變遷帶來之複合型挑戰。
三、 活動資訊如下：
(一) 時間：115年5月29日（星期五）下午1時30分至5時30分。
(二) 地點：國家圖書館301會議室（臺北市中山南路20號）。
