說明：  
一、 依據國立臺灣圖書館111年3月14日圖採字第11102000590號函辦理。
二、 為響應《身心障礙者權利公約》，保障閱讀平權，國立臺灣圖書館自108年度起精選優質兒童繪本，結合影像、語音、字幕、手語及數位多媒體活潑、多元的科技特性，規劃製作臺灣手語電子繪本，以提供聽覺障礙者及閱讀常規資訊有困難的身心障礙兒童，多元豐富的無障礙格式數位圖書資源；並特別邀請原書插畫家繪製手語插圖，設計製作生字練習學習單，期加值閱讀教育學習功能。
三、 本案影片及學習單已放置國立臺灣圖書館「無障礙閱讀資源整合查詢系統」/圖書精選項下(https://viis.ntl.edu.tw/exhibition/cp/70)開放供上開身心障礙者閱讀利用，影片同時上架Youtube國立臺灣圖書館官方頻道手語專區(https://reurl.cc/Wd1bbO)，提供各界有興趣者上網觀賞。
