說明：  
一、 依據本府政風處112年6月19日桃政預字第1120003992號函辦理(如附件)。
二、 為使廉潔誠信觀念向下扎根，深化學子品格教育，花蓮縣政府政風處製作旨揭動畫短片，首集內容講述平時在道場裡修行之阿正，如何運用「誠實之刀」不受各種利益誘惑，收服不誠實小鬼；然而在續集中，阿正遇到更具吸引力之利誘，並深陷險境，其能否繼續堅持信守誠信理念，完成師父交付之任務？本片劇情轉折迭起、極富張力，藉由生動有趣之修行旅程，傳達廉政不受利誘、堅行正道之重要性，並帶動廉潔誠信風氣。
三、 旨揭動畫短片已上傳至本府鴨鴨廉政學堂Youtube平臺(網址：https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqwM9dKw0iA)，請協助宣導。
