近日媒體曾報導有關留遊學服務業者（下稱業者）因倒閉，所辦理之夏令營活動為家長控訴無法向業者追討退費事件，為保障學生之消費權益，請貴校遵循事項如下：
(一) 針對學校在學生與留遊學服務業者簽訂留學及海外旅遊學習契約，應留意該業者是否為經教育部契約查核合格業者及契約是否符合「海外旅遊學習定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」，及「海外留學定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」之規定。
(二) 請至教育部「海外留遊學資訊萬花筒」（下稱萬花筒）網站（https://studyabroadinfo.moe.gov.tw）首頁之「海外【留學、遊學】安全與權益」點選「業者契約查核結果」查詢合格業者，及「海外【留學、遊學】指南」之定型化契約範本下載前述規定辦理。
(三) 為維護學生赴國外留遊學之安全，教育部於萬花筒網站發布電子報，請參閱各期電子報內容，如於113年5月發布之「簽約前查詢契約查核結果及早避免留遊學風險」，即為有關簽約前應注意事項；113年7月發布之「修正留學應記載事項安全留學兼顧個資保護」，為傳達教育部於113年6月13日修正發布《海外留學定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項》應記載事項第7點修正規定，請貴校師生留意與留遊學服務業者簽約時應仔細閱讀簽約條款，並向對方詢問清楚個人資料的使用和保護措施。
