主旨： 函轉教育部國民及學前教育署（以下稱國教署）辦理「114年度Cool English 英聽王」比賽辦法1份，請鼓勵學生踴躍報名參加，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據國教署113年12月25日臺教國署國字第1135506486號函辦 理。
二、 為鼓勵全國國中小學生持續運用英語線上學習平臺（Cool English）網站之聽力專區素材加強英語聽力，爰國教署委請國立臺灣師範大學辦理旨揭「Cool English 英聽王」比賽活動。
三、 參賽對象：全國公私立國小三至六年級學生（國小組）及國中七至九年級學生（國中組），各組並依就讀學校分為一般地區學校組與偏遠地區學校組（偏遠地區學校組係依教育部113學年度公告之「偏遠地區國民中小學名錄」認定包含偏遠、特偏及極偏類型學校）。
四、 報名及作答時間：自114年1月15日（星期三）至114年2月21日（星期五），比賽採先報名後作答制，請參賽者務必確實填寫報名表，先完成報名作業，方能進入作答區作答（活動結束時間以平臺之網站顯示最後作答時間為憑）。
五、 報名方式：登入 Cool English 平臺(https://www.coolenglish.edu.tw/)後依組別(國小區/國中區)進入專區報名，一律採線上報名，以個人為單位參與，詳請參閱附件。
六、 自114年度開始新增教師獎勵機制，教師帶領團體報名學生人數達比賽辦法所訂標準者將予以敘獎，請鼓勵教師踴躍以團體報名方式帶領學生參加比賽。另請鼓勵學生以教育雲端帳號登入平臺參加比賽，俾利學生使用單一帳號即可登入多種線上學習平臺學習。
