主旨： 檢送本市114學年度辦理「高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育」個人、團體暨機構申請作業表單、計畫書撰寫規定及申請作業流程圖各1份，請轉知家長知悉，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據「高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育實施條例」辦理。
二、 本市114學年度辦理「高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育」採線上申辦，作業時程自114年4月16日起至4月30日止，請申請人依旨揭申請表單及計畫書撰寫規定辦理，並依限至「桃園市高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育申請暨審議作業系統（https://tycnee.psees.tyc.edu.tw）」，進行線上作業，申請人於線上填妥申請書後下載列印紙本，並由法定代理人親筆簽名後，由申請人於期限內將申請書正本（不含其他資料），親自送件（或掛號郵寄）方式送達各受理收件學校。
三、 另前經審議會通過核定實施期程為跨2學年度以上之申請案，申請人仍應逐年依年度申請期程繳交該學年度課程細部計畫，請於上開申辦期程至「桃園市高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育申請暨審議作業系統（https://tycnee.psees.tyc.edu.tw）」，完成上傳作業。
四、 請各受理收件學校於114年5月1日至5月7日登錄「桃園市高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育申請暨審議作業系統（https://tycnee.psees.tyc.edu.tw）」，進行申請案資料檢核，並將申請人送交之申請書掃描上傳至線上申請系統。
五、 本案相關文件可逕至本局網站（https://www.tyc.edu.tw/）「便民服務」>「檔案下載」>「民眾常用檔案下載」專區或本市高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育申請暨審議作業系統（https://tycnee.psees.tyc.edu.tw）下載。
