一、 依據臺北市政府教育局114年2月27日北市教人字第1143036707號函辦理。
二、 臺北市教師轉任、介聘年限及相關個別介聘規定如下：
(一) 臺北市國民中學專任輔導教師及輔導教師於校內任滿聘任職務3年後，經學校教師評審委員會同意，准予轉任。
(二) 臺北市學校型態實驗教育學校計有芳和實驗中學、民族實驗國中、濱江實驗國中、西湖實驗國中、和平實驗國小、博嘉實驗國小、溪山實驗國小、湖田實驗國小、泉源實驗國小、指南實驗國小及忠義實驗國小等11所，有意願選填實驗學校之教師應先行瞭解其實驗教育理念及課程規劃特殊性。介聘至上述學校之教師，應配合該校相關教師研習、課程規劃、教學及作息等事宜。相關資訊並可透過臺北市實驗教育創新發展中心網站（https://teecid.tp.edu.tw/）及各校實驗教育計畫查看。
(三) 臺北市芳和實驗中學：設有臺北市東區特教資源中心，辦理國中教育階段特殊教育業務，介聘缺額為該中心巡迴輔導班編制，須執行中心行政業務（含寒暑假），或依中心需求進行各項職務支援。
(四) 臺北市立文山特殊教育學校：設有臺北市南區特教資源中心，介聘缺額包含該中心學前教育階段巡迴輔導班編制，執行跨校巡迴輔導工作及中心行政業務（含寒暑假），或依中心需求進行各項職務支援。
(五) 臺北市萬華區雙園國民小學：設有臺北市西區特教資源中心，介聘缺額包含該中心床邊巡迴輔導班編制，執行床邊巡迴輔導工作及中心行政業務（含寒暑假），或依中心需求進行各項職務支援。
(六) 臺北市立臺北特殊教育學校：設有臺北市北區特教資源中心，介聘缺額包含該中心在家教育巡迴輔導班編制，執行在家教育巡迴輔導工作及中心行政業務（含寒暑假），或依中心需求進行各項職務支援。
(七) 臺北市立啟明學校：教師須符合任教專長方能提出申請校內轉部別或科別；該校設有臺北市視障教育資源中心，介聘缺額包含該中心視障巡迴輔導班編制，執行跨校巡迴輔導工作及中心行政業務（含寒暑假），或依中心需求進行各項職務支援。
(八) 臺北市立啟聰學校：教師在校內單一部別須任滿3年或具專長特殊，方能申請部別或科別調動；該校設有臺北市聽障教育資源中心，介聘缺額編制於中心聽障巡迴輔導班，應依中心年度工作計畫擔任行政職務或派任巡迴。
