| 主旨： | 有關貴校編制內（含長期代理）教師申請通過本土語言能力 認證獎勵金一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據「桃園市市立高級中等以下學校教師本土語言能力認證 獎勵要點」（以下簡稱本要點）辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依本要點第4點規定：「獎勵申請程序：各校應於當年度本土語言能力認證考試寄發合格證書之日起30日內（逾期不予受理），檢附申請人之語言能力認證考試合格證書影本、切結書（附表一）及請領清冊（附表二），逕寄（送）至本局，經本局審核後，核撥禮券予學校轉發各申請人。 |
| 三、 | 考量本土語言（閩南語、客語、原住民族語）能力認證測驗，認證單位於1年內舉辦數次考試，另客語認證採多梯次辦理，爰貴校倘欲申請旨案獎勵金，請依據本要點之申請程序 「教師於取得語言合格證書後即可提供學校查驗並填具切結書，再由學校將教師之合格證書影本及切結書連同請領清冊 」，掛號寄送本局（國小教育科業務承辦人），俾利後續彙辦事宜。 |
| 四、 | 有關旨案獎勵，爾後請逕依本要點申請程序（非俟本局發文）辦理，俾以鼓勵教師積極通過本土語言能力認證。 |
| 五、 | 檢附「桃園市市立高級中等以下學校教師本土語言能力認證 獎勵要點」1份。 |
