| 一、 | 旨揭表揚活動係為發揚傳統文化精神，倡導孝親倫理觀念，並藉由舉薦具體感人事蹟之模範父親公開表揚，以形塑社會良善典範，請積極協助推薦作業，俾利擴大表揚效益。 |
| 二、 | 推薦作業相關事項如下： |
| (一) | 設籍本市1年以上者。 |
| (二) | 近5年內無刑事判刑確定紀錄者。 |
| (三) | 未曾受市級模範父母親表揚、當年度無重複榮獲本市區級模範父母親表揚，經本府審查小組評定者不在此限。 |
| 三、 | 提報單位： |
| (一) | 各區公所。 |
| (二) | 本府各局處(含二級機關)。 |
| (三) | 本市立案之社會團體、社會福利財團法人或於全國性社會福利財團法人並於本市設有分事務所單位。 |
| 四、 | 推薦期間：自114年5月15日起至6月17日止，請於期限內函送推薦資料至社會局，逾期恕不五 |
| 五、 | 檢附本市市級模範父、母親代表推薦作業實施計畫、推薦表格各1份，請依格式填報，並於收件截止日前檢附相關佐證資料及可編輯之電子檔案函送社會局辦理。 |
