| 主旨： | 有關「全民+1政府相挺」普發現金發放作業自114年10月23日起正式啟動，請貴機關（學校）協助宣導，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據財政部114年10月23日台財庫字第11403763030號函辦 理。 |
| 二、 | 為強化民眾消費韌性，擴大內需，提振經濟效益，財政部依因應國際情勢強化經濟社會及民生國安韌性特別條例第3條第11款規定發放現金每人新臺幣1萬元，並採「登記入帳」、「ATM領現」、「郵局領現」、「直接入帳」及「造冊發放」等5種方式，便利民眾領取。 |
