一、 為瞭解家庭如何營造語言學習環境，以及家長與孩子使用數位語言學習資源之情形，作為未來語言教育政策與數位資源規劃之重要參考，刻正進行旨揭線上問卷調查。
二、 問卷填寫對象為貴校學童之家長（國小1至3年級或幼兒園中班、大班學生之家長），填寫時間約30分鐘。完成問卷之家庭將獲得200元超商禮券1份，並可參加精美繪本抽獎活動。研究團隊將寄送禮券、繪本請學校協助轉發給學童。
三、 問卷填寫採線上方式，請家長詳閱知情同意書後，再依意願填答。問卷連結：https://naer.surveycake.biz/s/bLqPr。
四、 本研究已通過國立成功大學人類研究倫理審查委員會（IRB）審查，問卷填答內容將進行去識別化處理，僅用於統計分析與學術研究，絕不涉及個別學生之評比或校務相關事宜。
