| 主旨： | 為本府修正「桃園市政府及所屬各機關出國報告電子檔規格」及「桃園市政府及所屬各機關出國報告審核表(詳表) 及(簡表)」一案，請查照辦理。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府114年12月16日府智綜字第1140365120號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提升本府及所屬各機關出國報告品質，修正重點摘要如下： |
| (一) | 增列年度計畫及計畫名稱相關欄位，以利確認出國案件符合原核定計畫。 |
| (二) | 調整共同審核項目，納入符合核定計畫、非以外文撰寫或僅以外文資料為內容，以及格式與內容完整等要件，作為受理及後續審查依據。 |
| (三) | 審核表（詳表）強化報告內容檢核架構，明確規範目的、過程、心得、建議及附件之撰寫重點。 |
| 三、 | 各機關辦理出國案件，如比賽、表演、競技及學生教育旅行等性質較單純者，採審核表（簡表）辦理；其餘案件請填具審核表（詳表）。 |
| 四、 | 檢附「桃園市政府及所屬各機關出國報告電子檔規格」及「桃園市政府及所屬各機關出國報告審核表(詳表) 及(簡表)」各1份。 |
