說明：
一、 依據本市 115年度寒假學生多元資優潛能營計畫辦理。
二、 提供資賦優異或創造力才能學生多元學習活動方案，發掘學生潛能。
三、 營隊名稱：廚房裡的科學。
四、 參加對象：桃園市114學年度二、四年級學生。
五、 活動時間：
第一梯次（二年級）115年2月2日至2月3日早上8:40-11:40
第二梯次（四年級）115年2月4日至2月5日早上8:40-11:40
六、 活動地點：大成國小資優班教室。
七、 報名方式：
1、採線上報名 https://forms.gle/5XYfSoPhemJ5wiN9A
2、報名費用：新臺幣 200 元。
3、報名日期： 115 年 1 月 8 日至 115 年 1 月 16 日。
4、錄取人數：每梯次正取 20 名，備取 5 名。
5、錄取結果公告：錄取名單將於 115 年 1 月 20 日(星期二)公告於大成國小網站「資優鑑定專區」，不另行通知。
6、繳費方式：經錄取者請於 115 年 1 月 21 日至 115 年 1 月 23 日（每日 8:00–16:00 ）至本校輔導室繳交報名費新臺幣 200 元，逾期未繳費者視同放棄錄取資格，其名額由備取者依序遞補；報名完成後，原則上不予退費。
八、 錄取標準：(符合其中一項即可)
1、依身心障礙及資賦優異學生鑑定辦法及特殊教育學生及幼兒鑑定辦法，經桃園市特殊教育學生鑑定及就學輔導會綜合研判之一般智能資賦優異學生。
2、經教師或家長觀察推薦，並檢附「一般智能資優觀察推薦檢核表」核完成再上傳至報名表單，進行線上報名。
