| 主旨： | 有關本府函送大陸委員會「適用公務員服務法人員赴陸港澳規範告知書」，請查照並依說明事項辦理。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依本府115年1月21日府人考字第1150012445號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 大陸委員會前請各相關機關對教育人員、公營事業人員、 司法官等非傳統公務人員宣導赴陸港澳相關管理規範，以保障其權益。該會為利對該等人員宣導赴陸港澳管理機制精進措施新制及公務員赴陸港澳重要提醒事項，經洽商行政院人事行政總處意見，製作旨揭告知書。 |
| 三、 | 茲依來函說明，請本局所屬學校及幼兒園，就適用公務員服務法第2條人員，將旨揭告知書等相關規定轉知並簽署。至所屬機關(家教中心及圖書館)適用公務員服務法且非屬來函說明三所列人員部分，則請將旨揭告知書相關規定加強宣導並參考運用。 |
