主旨： 有關本府員工子女托嬰中心115年登記備取事宜，請轉知所屬同仁，請查照。
說明：
一、 查「桃園市政府員工子女托嬰中心設立計畫」第12點及第14點規定略以，於本府員工子女托嬰中心（以下簡稱托嬰中心）招生公告期間申請收托之兒童，因超過名額而未能入托者，應於抽籤後公告備取名單；另每年應重新受理備取登記，並辦理備取名單順序抽籤作業；備取及候補名單自辦理抽籤之當年度8月1日至次年度7月31日止有效。次查托嬰中心核定收托名額為48人，目前已滿額收托，尚有候補數名，無應辦理退托之兒童，爰本次無正取名額，僅辦理登記備取作業。
二、 旨揭托嬰中心登記備取報名期間為115年5月21日（星期四）上午9時30分至同年6月5日（星期五）下午5時（除星期六、日及國定假日外），請貴機關（構）學校人事單位確實轉知同仁，並協助審查申請人是否確為貴屬同仁，以及其（孫）子女是否符合收托年齡等相關事宜，並於報名表核章後，請申請人檢齊相關文件，於上開期間親自或委託他人送（寄）達本處。
三、 本處預定於115年6月10日（星期三）下午3時，於本市市政大樓13樓公務人力培訓中心辦理旨揭托嬰中心備取順序公開抽籤，備取名單將於同日公布於本處網站及托嬰中心粉絲專頁。
四、 另原114年登記候補申請，自即日起停止受理登記。
五、 檢送托嬰中心115年登記備取簡章1份。
