一、 緣起：本會致力推動生命成長終身教育，秉持關懷教育、服務教師之理念，規劃辦理「心中有光、教室有春天～和氣大愛教師身心靈成長營」活動。
二、 內容：透過認知、觀照、覺察、轉換的方法，實體操練，協助教師舒緩壓力、正向思考，提升心理韌性；期促進班級經營與師生互動品質，增進教師教學效能，以達教師身心靈成長。
三、 課程資訊：
(一) 日期：2026年7月31日（五）—8月2日（日），9時至17時。
(二) 地點：高雄市立大寮國中第二棟一樓視聽教室（高雄市大寮區永芳里進學路150號）。
(三) 本課程為公益性質，課程費用由和氣大愛文教基金會、傳光人協進會贊助。
(四) 報名期間與方式：即日起至2026年7月8日（三）24:00止。有意者請填寫問卷，進行報名。請填寫報名問卷(https://forms.gle/3g26ntTPq8AhDYMdA) , 錄取者在報名截止後以E-mail通知。
